Wise County Public Schools is requesting bids for the Eastside High School Baseball Dressing & Concessions Facility to be located adjacent to the baseball field at Eastside High School in Coeburn, VA. Scope includes construction of a 64’ X 36’ prefabricated metal building (standard color) with wood post/beam/joist, 6” gutters with 4” concrete slab (4,000 psi) and coordination with Owner for rough-in for electrical service and underslab plumbing. Owner will provide all plumbing material with contractor to provide “rough-in” in concrete slab. All electrical will be furnished and installed by Owner surface mounted on outside of building. Walls will be
painted by Owner.
