INVITATION FOR BID
WRESTLING FACILITY IN BIG STONE GAP, VIRGINIA
Wise County Public Schools is requesting bids for a Wrestling Facility to be located adjacent to the Union High School campus. Scope includes construction of a 50’ X 60’ X 10’ prefabricated metal building with wood post/beam/joist or steel frame if more cost effective with 4” concrete slab with reinforcing, gutters, downspouts, 3” insulation in roof and walls, one (1) 3/0 - 6/8 walk door and one (1) 6/0 - 6/8 double door and coordination with Owner for rough-in for electrical panel and underslab plumbing. No site prep, gravel, electrical, plumbing or HVAC. Concrete slab to be 4,000 psi.
