Braggin' on a Bus Driver | Sherry Stanley, Eastside Community
🚍For 18 years, Sherry Stanley has faithfully served the Eastside community with dedication and heart. What she enjoys most is getting to know the students—building relationships that go far beyond simply transporting them from place to place. She has a genuine heart to serve, and she lives out that mission every day, whether she’s helping students with homework, searching for lost belongings, or offering the kind of everyday counseling that only someone who truly cares can provide. Her routes have always felt more like family than routine runs, and she consistently stepped up to provide coverage whenever needed. Sherry often takes initiative, ensuring that all students are cared for, and that the department runs smoothly. She keeps driving forward with no end in sight—a testament to her work ethic and her unwavering commitment to our school division. She loves her bus driver family and the cohesiveness the department shares together.
Fellow bus driver, Randy Cater shares, “Sherry is dependable, always willing to assist others, and an invaluable asset to the Wise County School Division.”
Thank you, Sherry for being a school bus hero! 🚍
