Coeburn Little League will hold tryouts on Tuesday, February 11th at the Coeburn Primary School gym with girls tryouts being from 5-6 pm and boys from 6-7 pm. This is only for softball and baseball, t ball does not need to attend any tryouts. Please make sure to wear tennis shoes. If you cannot make that try out, another one is scheduled for Sunday, February 16th at the Coeburn Middle School gym from 2-4 pm, again, this is for softball and baseball only. Please wear tennis shoes. Players only have to attend ONE try out.

Coeburn Little League will be having sign ups for T-Ball, Baseball, and Softball on Monday, February 10th from 4-6 in the Coeburn Middle School foyer.
The Abingdon Career Commons Field Trip for 7th grade students that was rescheduled from first semester will be tomorrow, January 30th. 7th grade students will be leaving at 8:35 in the morning.

With the sunshine and warm weather that we had today, we are happy to announce that Wise County Public Schools will operate on a REGULAR schedule on Tuesday, January 28, 2025!

In anticipation of virtual learning days due to inclement weather, the Food Services Program will be sending home with students 2 days of meals, including 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches on the following days:
Tuesday, 1/28 - UPS
Wednesday, 1/29 - SPE, CPS, EHS
Thursday, 1/30 - CMS, UMS, UHS, WPS, LFA, CHS
Friday, 1/31 - JWA
This does not mean virtual learning is scheduled.
