Students when you arrive at school tomorrow, you may be in the hallways and the cafe'. Please do not go into classrooms until your teachers are in their classrooms (after 8). At 8:20, the bell will ring for you to go to your homeroom. Homeroom lists are on the wall in the gym hallway and on the wall near the guidance office if you are unsure of where to go.

We are so touched by the outpouring of donations from our Coeburn Community to help with the flood relief efforts for Eastern KY. There is still time to bring donation items as the bus will be leaving (driven by our own Carol Hall) from Eastside tomorrow at 3:30 sharp! Supplies will be taken to Letcher County Central High School! Thank you so much to those, who have donated ❤️ Proud to be a Spartan!

📌Freshman Orientation will be held on August 2nd at 6pm.

You may also stop by guidance on these dates if you need a printed copy of your schedule. Freshman will also receive one on their orientation date.

School Immunization Requirements
Meningococcal Conjugate (MenACWY) Vaccine - Effective July 1, 2021, a minimum of 2 doses of MenACWY vaccine. The first dose should be administered prior to entering 7th grade. The final dose should be administered prior to entering 12th grade.

From our Early Childhood Program:
Wise County Public Schools will operate on a CODE-1 today, Monday, March 1, 2021. All schools are closed and students will receive their instruction online.
Wise County Schools will operate on a Code 1 today, January 18, 2020. This means that schools are closed, but we will be providing virtual learning.
This is a reminder that Monday, January 18, 2021, is a 12:00 dismissal as our 1st Semester ends. Tuesday, January 19, 2021, is a teacher workday and there is no school (in-person or virtual) for students.
We were proud to honor two of our employees who have retired at tonight’s school board meeting. We appreciate your service to our county and our students. We wish you the best in your retirement!
