We were thankful to get our students back in school today and get our 2nd semester started after all the weather related issues this month!
With the sunshine and warm weather that we had today, we are happy to announce that Wise County Public Schools will operate on a REGULAR schedule on Tuesday, January 28, 2025!
From our Food Services Department:
In anticipation of virtual learning days due to inclement weather, the Food Services Program will be sending home with students 2 days of meals, including 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches on the following days:
Tuesday, 1/28 - UPS
Wednesday, 1/29 - SPE, CPS, EHS
Thursday, 1/30 - CMS, UMS, UHS, WPS, LFA, CHS
Friday, 1/31 - JWA
This does not mean virtual learning is scheduled.

Good evening from Union Primary! Join us for our Christmas Literacy Night tomorrow evening from 4:30-6:30. We will have lots of activities for our students. Each grade level has their own activity in the grade level pods. Each student will leave with a free book.
We have also heard that Santa may be stopping by!!!! We hope to see you here tomorrow night!
