On Wednesday, May 12, ACIP and CDC approved the use of Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for adolescents ages 12-15 years. The LENOWISCO Health District is pleased to offer the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for those students 12 years and older at Wise County Middle Schools.
The Covid-19 vaccination will be offered at JW Adams Combined School on June 8, 2021 at 10:15 am to students age 12 and up. In order for your student to get the vaccination, parents must fill out the consent form here:

Students that are 12 years and older may also access Pfizer vaccine by appointment at Wise County Health Department, Ballad Health Norton, and at the following local pharmacies: Food City Wise, Walgreens Coeburn and Walgreens St. Paul. Students under the age of 12 are not eligible to be vaccinated at this time.
