LENOWISCO Health District will hold 6 community vaccination events during the month of April to provide families an opportunity to access school required Tdap, Meningococcal and HPV vaccine.

Once a child is pre-registered in the Redcap system, a health department employee will contact the parent to schedule the appointment.
FREE school-required vaccinations: Tdap, Meningococcal vaccine, and HPV vaccine by Appointment Only.
All clinics are from 4p-6:30p.
